For Massage Therapy & Steam Services Clients-Simply Shakti is taking extra precautions in providing sanitation within the studio. Clients will have temperatures checked before receiving services.
If you or anyone in your household has a fever or has been sick, we ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment.
Masks – Client & Therapist are to wear masks when visiting the studio for product pick up and when receiving services wearing masks.
All equipment used in the salon is wiped down with industrial strength disinfectant; all linens, towels, and steam gowns are removed from the salon after each client visit.
All custom-made products are created in a sanitized environment, using gloves, and masks are worn.
*Due to the historic crush of holiday package deliveries, the US Postal Service is experiencing delays in processing deliveries. Shipping times will be slightly longer than usual. Thank you for patience.
Shipping is via USPS Priority flat rate.
All handmade products are custom created for each unique customer. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing and completion. Clients will be notified via e-mail, with a tracking number once product ships.
Clients residing in the Greensboro/High Point/Winston-Salem, NC area can arrange for pick-up.
Due to the nature and uniqueness of how our products are created, Simply Shakti does not accept returns. Deposits & Cancellation Policy
For massage and steam appointments, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required. Cancelled appointments can be reschedule if client notifies the therapist within 2 hrs of scheduled appointments. Deposits are forfeited for no call/no show cancellations.
